I love to bake and decorate gluten free cakes from scratch.

My favorite travel memory is watching Eva’s face light up the moment she caught her very first glimpse of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. She froze in pure awe, eyes wide and sparkling, as if the whole world had just turned magical. That single moment of wonder made every mile of the trip unforgettable for our whole family.
